At HazeInk, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your custom-printed t-shirt as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return or refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:

The item is defective, misprinted, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made-to-order (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing)

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Personalized items (e.g., custom names/texts) unless damaged or incorrect
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and (if required) the item is received, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
Need a replacement for a defective item?

We’ll send a free replacement for any item that is damaged or misprinted.

For sizing or color changes, we recommend placing a new order after the return is approved (if applicable).
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
