At HazeInk, your happiness is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your metal wall art purchase, we’re here to make it right! Please review our return and refund policy below for all the details.
Returns
HazeInk offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
To qualify for a return, your HazeInk product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package back to us.
Please note:
  • Items returned without prior approval from HazeInk will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned HazeInk item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • No Restocking Fees: HazeInk does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges
Looking to swap your HazeInk piece for something else? The quickest way is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures you get your preferred metal wall art as fast as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your HazeInk wall art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it swiftly by offering a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
HazeInk cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom-made items due to their personalized nature.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returning your HazeInk item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will not be included in your refund amount.
