3. Response to DMCA Notices

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed mistakenly, you may file a counter-notice including:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We will review the counter-notice and restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

HazeInk complies with the DMCA by terminating accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws.
