1. Order Cancellation
  • Before Processing: You may cancel your HazeInk order at no charge if it hasn’t been processed yet. Since HazeInk processes orders within 1-2 business days, we recommend acting quickly. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a cancellation request.
  • After Processing: Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your HazeInk metal wall art has already shipped, you can still return it under our HazeInk Return & Refund Policy (#) within 30 days of delivery.
  • HazeInk’s Right to Cancel: HazeInk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Order Modification
  • Before Processing: You may request changes to your HazeInk order (e.g., updating shipping address, changing quantities, or swapping items) before it’s processed. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the desired modifications. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if it’s received within the 1-2 business day processing window.
  • After Processing: Once processing begins, modifications may not be possible. If your order has shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process and place a new order for any changes.
  • Limitations: Modifications are subject to product availability and may affect pricing or delivery timelines. HazeInk will confirm any adjustments with you before proceeding.
3. How to Request Cancellation or Modification

  • Timing: Requests must be submitted promptly, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order, to maximize the chance of success before processing begins.
  • Confirmation: HazeInk will respond to your request within 1-2 business days to confirm whether the cancellation or modification can be completed.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
  • If your cancellation is approved before processing, HazeInk will refund your full payment to your original method within 10 business days. No fees will be charged for pre-processing cancellations.
  • For orders canceled by HazeInk (e.g., due to unavailability), we’ll issue a full refund promptly and notify you of the reason.
5. Non-Modifiable or Non-Cancellable Orders
  • Custom or made-to-order HazeInk products (if offered) cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. Details will be specified at the time of purchase.
