At HazeInk, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your custom-printed t-shirt as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return or refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is defective, misprinted, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom names/texts) unless damaged or incorrect


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and any damage or error

  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and (if required) the item is received, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

Need a replacement for a defective item?

  • We’ll send a free replacement for any item that is damaged or misprinted.

  • For sizing or color changes, we recommend placing a new order after the return is approved (if applicable).


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.
